The CaribScribe app

The app processes recordings, transcripts, consent forms and photos only on your own devices. We do not receive, store or have access to any of this data. The app does not collect analytics, usage statistics or crash reports. It connects to the internet only when you choose to download AI model files, and then only to download files.

This website

caribscribe.app uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

When you buy a licence

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive and keep your name, email address, organisation (if given), the plan purchased and Stripe customer and subscription references, so we can issue, renew and support your licence. We never see your full card details. If enabled, licence emails are sent through our email provider.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have a licence, and afterwards as required for tax and accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your purchase information (subject to legal record-keeping duties) by emailing info@caribscribe.app.
